The 2016 World Youth Day Car Raffle sold more than 200,000 tickets for pilgrims across the Diocese of Parramatta.

Today the Chancery Office invited the six winners to a celebratory morning tea where they officially received their prizes.

Diocesan Administrator, Very Rev Peter G Williams, thanked the prize winners and our sponsors for their support of the raffle and reminded everyone of the incredible contribution the $400,000.00 raised will have on our 300 pilgrims.

He paid tribute to Mark Tuffy (WYD Executive Officer), James Camden (Director of Catholic Youth Parramatta) and Tony Jose (Director of Financial Services) for their work in managing the enormous initiative.
