Two successful, Catholic culture leading, Diocesan initiatives that have each engaged and supported students, teachers, youth and young adults in community, story-telling, creativity and shared mission for over five years will mix their winning ingredients for the first time next week!
In front of a live audience at WEST HQ after a two-year hiatus, Catholic Youth Parramatta’s LIFTED Live series will return featuring Melbourne-based Catholic singer, songwriter, musician, podcaster Alyssa Agius, backed by her equally talented husband Daniel.
Alyssa and Daniel not only have their own very successful entertainment business but have supported countless Australian and International Catholic artists at the Australian Catholic Youth Festival (ACYF) and World Youth Day. Alyssa is a co-presenter on the Catholic Influencers Podcast.
As for Pastoral Formation’s The FaithFeed, it’s back to its roots of hosting live studio audiences – this time featuring seasoned youth and young adult leader, Nathan Heffernan, whose experience spans over 20 years across Antioch and Impact Catholic community groups and a professional background in teaching and now further study in counselling.
All are welcome to listen to his story of navigating COVID, building community and the question of prayer in times of uncertainty.
