Shroud of Turin Exhibition: ends 18 April

An exact replica of the famous Shroud of Turin will be exhibited in the Sacred Heard Chapel at St Patrick’s Cathedral this Holy week.

Greystanes Parish – Feast of Divine Mercy: 23 April

The Novena to Divine Mercy commences on Good Friday and concludes on the Saturday before Divine Mercy Sunday. Join us to celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy on 23 April.  Celebrations commence at 3pm with Chaplet, Confessions, Benediction and Mass.  There will be fellowship after Mass. Feast is at Our Lady Queen of Peace, Greystanes. Please bring a plate to share.

Shrine Time for Young Adults 18-35: 23 April

One Holy Hour with prayer, reflection, meditation, praise & worship. 2017 is devoted to Praying for Vocations and Devotion to Mary as per our Holy Father’s intentions for WYD 2018 in Panama. From 7.30pm-8.30pm followed by social gathering.

Invitation to Fr Arthur Cook’s farewell: 23 April

Fr Arthur Cook is retiring from parish life and will be leaving the Diocese of Parramatta at the end of April. To mark the occasion and to thank Fr Arthur for his years of service to the parishes of the Diocese, there will be a celebration on Sunday 23 April at St Matthew’s Catholic Church, 12 Tebbutt Street, Windsor. Nigerian Catholic Women’s Group Retreat (Open to all women): 30 April

Open to all women, the Nigerian Catholic Women’s Group warmly invites you to their retreat. The theme: Mary our model. New Testament Workshops: 10, 12 & 13 May

The internationally respected Scripture scholar Prof van Than Nguyen SVD will be conducting three face-to-face workshops at The Broken Bay Institute which will be of practical interest to teachers, parishes and religious communities. Prof Nguyen is the Chair of Catholic Missiology at the Catholic Theological Union in Chicago and the Director of its widely respected Master of Divinity Program. He has published extensively in the areas of New Testament Studies and on Spirituality in a Pluralistic Society. The Shrine of Mt Schoenstatt – ‘Oasis of Faith, Hope and Love’: 21 May

Come and experience a special day at The Shrine of Mt Schoenstatt – ‘Oasis of Faith, Hope and Love’ – 230 Fairlight Road Mulgoa for the Annual Marian Pilgrimage to be held on Sunday 21st May, 2017. The celebrations begin at 10am with Holy Mass at 10:30 am and Eucharistic Procession and Benediction from the valley to the Shrine at 2pm. St Anthony’s Parish, Clovelly, Centenary Mass: 21 May

St Anthony’s Parish was formed in 1917, and St Anthony’s Primary School opened in 1918.
