Catholic Outlook competition to win 3 x hardcover copies of Sharing the Wisdom of Time, valued at $47.50 each.
Catholic Outlook (Catholic Diocese of Parramatta ABN 99 716 962 606) is operating this competition at their offices, Bethany Centre, 470 Church Street, Parramatta, NSW 2150 between Friday 28 May 2021 and Thursday 15 July 2021 all participants must agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Thursday 15th July 2021 at 5:00pm
Who is eligible to enter:
All people who live in the Diocese of Parramatta and have seen a copy of Catholic Outlook Magazine where the competition was promoted. Only entries which have completed the entry form correctly with full name, postcode, phone and email address will be entered into the draw.
Cost of Entry:
There is no cost to enter this competition. Each reader of Catholic Outlook Magazine is eligible to place one entry into the competition
How to enter:
Any Person who has a copy of Catholic Outlook Magazine must submit the entry form in accordance with the instructions on the form and fill in their full name, postcode, phone and email address between Friday 28th May 2021 5:00pm and Thursday 15th July 2021 5:00pm.
Date and time of draw:
Friday 16th July 2021 at 12:00pm
Details of how winner will be announced:
The 3 x winners will be drawn by a random number generator at midday on 16th July 2021 and be announced by publication on catholicoutlook.org by Friday 16th July 5:00pm.
Prize details, including value:
Each winner will receive a hardcover copy of the book “Sharing the Wisdom of Time” valued at $47.50.
Prize Collection Details:
Catholic Outlook Magazine will contact the winner by phone and email and arrange for prize to be shipped to them (shipping costs to be covered by Catholic Healthcare), or for it to be collected from a suitable location. If a winner is unable to be contacted or fails to claim the prize within four (4) weeks from the date on which the winner is drawn, the prize will be forfeited. Another draw will then be conducted to determine a new winner.
Personal information will not be forwarded or sold to any other party outside the Diocese of Parramatta, apart from the names and addresses of the winners which will be forwarded to Catholic Healthcare for fulfilment of the prize books.
If you enter the draw, you may receive an invitation to subscribe to Catholic Outlook in the future.
If for any reason beyond the control of Catholic Outlook Magazine, this competition is not capable of running as planned and administration of this competition is affected, Catholic Outlook Magazine reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
Catholic Outlook Magazine shall not be liable for any loss, damage or loss of profit (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participating in the competition and or taking of any prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and all entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
