Worship Wednesday ALL STARS featuring Tommy Francisco

14 September 2021

During last week’s Worship Wednesday ALL STARS,  we were welcomed into the home of Sydney-based Catholic singer-songwriter Tommy Francisco.

Tommy, a previous leader in CFC Youth For Christ, has a long history of leading praise and worship during many Catholic Youth Parramatta LIFTED events, and boats original music to compliment his worship talent.

Being a working musician, Tommy shared about the struggles that he and thousands of those in the arts industry are experiencing, but highlighted the joys and beauty that the arts industry brings, regardless of the form or medium. He said that the reason that the arts are powerful is that they are beautiful, and that beauty comes from somewhere.

“What is true, what is right and what is beautiful is Jesus Christ. And that’s why I cling to music so much, because I know at the end of the day, if it’s beautiful, Jesus has some role there.

“Lord, I ask that you keep reminding me that you are good, you are true, you are right, that everything is in your hands, everything is in Your Will, and you remind me of that every day.”

Worship Wednesday ALL STARS is part of the Diocese of Parramatta’s HOME Ground Program.

This video, as well as the whole series of recent ALL STARS praise and worship sessions are available on The Well, the video streaming site of the Diocese of Parramatta.

The Well can be found at www.thewell.org.au
