On 19 September, nearly 200 parishioners gathered at the Dural Club for St Madeleine’s Dinner Dance — a sparkling evening of fellowship, laughter, and generosity. The event brought together families, friends, and long-time parishioners from St Madeleine Sophie Barat Parish Kenthurst, all united by their shared love for their church and community.
Guests were treated to a sumptuous dinner, followed by lively music that had many hitting the dance floor. The evening was punctuated with exciting raffles, a silent auction, and a live auction, all raising funds to support the life and mission of St Madeleine’s Parish.

A Church renewed in spirit and prayer
The success of the night was made possible thanks to the generosity of local businesses who sponsored the event. Their support not only helped make the evening memorable but also ensured that every dollar raised would go directly towards strengthening parish programs and initiatives.
Beyond the fundraising, the Dinner Dance was an opportunity for connection. Familiar faces reunited over shared memories, while new friends were welcomed into the fold, reinforcing the spirit of community that lies at the heart of St Madeleine’s Parish.
